- Fix wrong or incomplete answers and write structured notes explaining the correction.
- Answer medication questions from the supplied patient context, reference material and labelling guidance.
- Check pharmacy workflow steps such as sig codes, NDCs, days-supply calculations and insurance adjudication.
- Escalate unclear clinical context, conflicting guidance or anything that could affect patient safety.
- Apply project rubrics consistently and join calibration sessions.
- Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or an equivalent registration in your country (to be confirmed).
- 2+ years of experience in a retail, hospital or specialty pharmacy.
- Strong understanding of medication safety, drug interactions and pharmacy best practice.
- Clear written English.
- Commitment to patient privacy and de-identification standards.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior authorisation or specialty pharmacy experience.
- Experience with pharmacy software (for example Epic Willow or PioneerRx).
- AI evaluation, clinical content review or healthcare data annotation experience.
Patient Privacy and Scope
- Work only with de-identified data. If you see real patient information, stop and report it immediately.
- This role evaluates AI output. It does not involve giving medical advice or care to any person.
- Do not use or disclose information belonging to your employer, your pharmacy or any patient.
