How Keywork collects and uses your information, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your account: email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- Your profile: name, country, languages, fields of expertise, skills, education, experience, rate and availability preferences, LinkedIn URL and CV if you add them.
- Your choices: which emails you agreed to receive.
- Usage: when you click “Apply”, we record which role you clicked and when, linked to your account if you're signed in.
Why we use it
- To rank roles by how well they fit your profile.
- To email you matching roles, only if you opted in.
- To contact you about paid opportunities beyond the listed platforms, only if you opted in.
- To understand which roles people apply to, so we can list better ones.
Referral links
Keywork is independent and isn't affiliated with the platforms listed. “Apply” buttons use our referral links, so a platform can tell you came from Keywork and we may earn a fee if you're hired. We don't send your profile to any platform; you apply to them directly.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run Keywork (Google Firebase for accounts, database and file storage; Vercel for hosting), who process it on our behalf. Their servers may be outside your country.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.
Your rights
Under data-protection laws such as Turkey's KVKK and the EU's GDPR, you can access, correct, export or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. You can edit your profile and email preferences on your profile page, or email us at info@joinkeywork.com.
