How it works.
AI models learn from people. Companies building them pay people to check the model's answers, fix its mistakes and show it what good looks like. That is the work listed here.
What will I actually do?
Read, listen or look closely, and judge. Try one:
Someone asked an AIWhat is the capital of France?
Two answers came back. Which is better?
Other roles ask you to write a better answer yourself, record or transcribe speech in your language, or check work in a field you know, such as law, medicine or code. The role's page says which.
Who am I working for?
The platform that posted the role. It hires you, gives you the work and pays you. Keywork is the list: we gather open roles from 7 platforms in one place and show which fit you. We are not your employer and we never handle your pay.
What happens when I press Apply?
You leave Keywork for the platform's own site and apply there, with an account on that platform. Most ask for a short test or a recorded interview before they take you on, and some take a while to answer. Applying to several roles at once is normal.
How do I get paid?
By the platform, usually for each hour you work, at the rate shown on the role. When and how it pays out is set by each platform and stated on its site. Applying costs nothing.
What do I need?
A computer, a steady connection and care. Many roles want a language (55 are asked for right now) or a profession. 141 of the 1,076 open roles are marked “No experience needed”.
What does Keywork get out of it?
Our Apply links are referral links: a platform may pay us when someone we sent is taken on. It costs you nothing and changes nothing about your pay. More in the questions and answers.
