In this role, you'll review contract negotiation turns and reference redlines, and assess whether the redline reflects what a competent counsel would actually do: the right issues flagged, the right positions taken, and edits made surgically.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating and redlining commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and SaaS agreements, or similar), at a law firm, private company, or municipality.
• Education: US JD (Juris Doctor) from an accredited US law school required; active bar admission strongly preferred.
• Practicing US attorney. USA-based practicing attorneys only.

Attorneys on a career break or working remotely/flexibly are a great fit for this role.

• Provide clear, structured written feedback on redline quality

Requirements

• Ability to evaluate contract redlines and communicate clear, structured written judgments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating and redlining commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor/SaaS agreements, or similar) at a law firm, private company, or municipality
• US JD (Juris Doctor) from an accredited US law school
• Based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating SaaS, MSA, or other technology commercial agreements
• Experience in a fast-paced in-house, fractional GC, or high-volume contracts environment
• Active bar admission (practicing attorney)
